Official  transcripts of previous academic work in college are required from all students. These transcripts become part of the student's permanent file and will not be released or forwarded to other 机构s. Students may be exempt from assessment for 英语, Reading and/or Mathematics if their prior coursework meets the necessary criteria. 

No previous academic work may be disregarded. Students should request that their former school(s) send an official transcript of their records to 皇冠新现金网. 任何东西 other than an official transcript cannot be accepted by 现金娱乐网注册 & 记录.

Students should be aware that schools may charge a fee for forwarding the transcripts.

Transcript Evaluation Process

Students must determine if either a Prerequisite Clearance or a Transcript Evaluation is most appropriate.

     - Prerequisite Clearances allow you to register for classes based on prerequisite courses taken at another 机构. More information can be found on the 先决条件 Tab on the left.

     - Transcript Evaluations award credit(s) from courses taken at other academic 机构s. 学生可能有 completed coursework at an outside 机构 that may meet Associate Degree, Certificate, and General Education requirements. Evaluations may take up to 12 weeks to process.

To have a transcript evaluated, please complete the following:

  1. Students must have prior or current enrollment at 皇冠新现金网 in order for your transcript evaluation to be processed.
  2. Students transferring academic credit to 皇冠新现金网 from other regionally accredited colleges should send their official transcripts to 皇冠新现金网 进行评估.  Students will receive a notification that the transcript has been received to their 皇冠新现金网 student email.
  3. Returning or currently enrolled students at 皇冠新现金网 should submit the Transcript Evaluation Request form 到现金娱乐网注册处 & 记录办公室. You may email the form to evaluations@aifengcai.com 或邮寄至:

If you are not currently enrolled and have never attended 皇冠新现金网, please register for classes prior to submitting the form. If you need assistance with registration or with the transcript evaluation process, please call (530) 895-2361.

  1. Once the evaluation has been completed, an email notification will be sent to the student’s 皇冠新现金网 email account.

Military 成绩单 / DD-214

Please submit your military transcripts and/or DD-214's to the Veterans Service Office 进行评估. For more information please call (530) 895-2511.

International Evaluations

For individuals who have completed coursework outside the United States: transcripts must be evaluated by an approved credential evaluation service prior to being submitted 到现金娱乐网注册处 & 记录办公室. The evaluation must include a U.S. 的课程 evaluation indicating the level (upper & lower division) for each course. 我们没有 accept faxed transcripts.
